Summary

Showcasing the debut single Hot Box by new reggae band Mr. Mota was a creative ride from start to finish. As a full-service video production company, we embraced the literal and cultural meaning of a “hot box,” crafting a playful, visually rich concept that brought the track’s laid-back energy to life.

Inspired by That 70’s Show and its iconic smoke circle scenes, we leaned into vintage aesthetics and comedic timing — building out detailed miniature sets using 3D printing and hand-painted models to create our own stylized “hot box” world.

In collaboration with Dime Bags, we seamlessly integrated their smell-proof bags into the storyline, showcasing an effective example of product placement in music videos. This project highlights our strength as a creative video production agency, where storytelling and branding work hand-in-hand.
